So we've had an exciting week!! On Thanksgiving Bailey started complaining that this heel was hurting. By Sunday he was barely walking on his toes, so we went to the clinic thinking maybe he had a sprained ankle. After a X-Ray and blood test they sent us to the ER for an MRI. Come to find out he has a Staph infection in his heel bone. So we spent a couple of nights in the hospital and now he gets to have an IV in for 4-6 weeks and be on crutches. Merry Christmas I know!! We don't know how he got Staph because he doesn't have any open wounds or anything. I'm not sure we will ever solve that mystery, but at least we found out what it was. He has been a real trooper through all of this, for someone that really doesn't like shots, needles or Doctors. I think after being poked 10 times a day next years flu shot isn't looking to bad. He is getting really spoiled and misses the hospital food. So I would say we are almost back to normal.
